Only 8% of teachers apply through paper based adverts, with many now signing up to online job alerts with educational job boards, agencies and the TES.
Schools are now run more like a business than just an educational facility and with budget cuts getting bigger; schools are now forced into looking at “Best Practice” and proving to the LA that they are getting better value for money.
